This Grand Lucky Draw & Lucky Dip by Berjaya Hotels & Resorts will be governed by the following terms and conditions. Each customer must agree to and adhere to these terms and conditions to be eligible for participation in this Grand Lucky Draw & Lucky Dip.

ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY

1. This Grand Lucky Draw & Lucky Dip is only eligible for customers who purchased a room package during the MATTA Fair period (1 -3 September 2023).
2. Any customer who purchased a room package from the MATTA Fair booth will be entitled to 1 x Grand Lucky Draw entry and 1 x Lucky Dip entry. No minimum spend is required.
3. Berjaya Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are deemed incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, inappropriate, or irrelevant, without giving any reason or cause and without any liability or compensation whatsoever to any participant or any other party.

WINNERS SELECTION

Grand Lucky Draw:

1. Customers are required to drop their names into our Grand Lucky Draw Box to stand a chance to win. The winners will be announced 1 week after the MATTA Fair. The names of the winners will be posted publicly on Berjaya Hotels & Resorts' Facebook and Instagram pages.
2. The winners are responsible for responding to the post by sending their contact information to Berjaya Hotels & Resorts via private message on Facebook or Instagram.
3. The winners are required to collect the complimentary flight or stay vouchers from Berjaya Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office in Kuala Lumpur. Requests for mailing the complimentary vouchers will not be entertained.
4. Berjaya Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion at any time due to the following circumstances:
   (a) Winners cannot be contacted to redeem the prizes within 5 working days.
   (b) The initially selected winners have violated any of these terms and conditions.

Each customer gets a chance to draw and receive a prize during the MATTA Fair. While stocks last.
