Terms & Conditions:

• Rates stated are based on single and double occupancy, and inclusive of breakfast.
• Bed configuration is subject to availability of the hotel.
• Rates are non-commissionable to any third parties, unless otherwise stipulated.
• Rates will only be applicable for minimum continuous stay of 01 night, and shall be revised at the hotel's discretion should the number of nights of stay falls below minimum requirement.
• Credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be charged to credit card provided, 1 week prior to arrival.
• Tourism Tax (TTx) of MYR10 per room per night will apply for non-Malaysian guests upon check-in.
• Any cancellation received within 90 days prior to arrival date will incur the total package charges. Failure to check-in will be treated as no-show and will incur the total package charges. Full payment will be charged to credit card provided 90 days prior to arrival.
• Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to terminate or amend the offer without prior notice.
